Since, many of our members cannot attend our on-ground, curated experiences due to their unavailability on the date of the experience or the time taken to commute to the experience, we are always thinking of alternate ways to engage our community. This gave birth to the concept of Aprisio ‘Unhurried’ which will be Aprisio’s property for online sessions. Aprisio ‘Unhurried’ will have two broad tracks – knowledge & entertainment. Aprisio is now organizing its second online session under the Aprisio 'Unhurried' umbrella.

Overview

An interactive online trivia quiz experience designed to engage participants through a dual-platform experience combining Zoom and the Kahoot mobile app, featuring 50 questions across diverse categories with prizes for the top three (3) participants.

Format & Platform

The quiz will be conducted entirely online using a hybrid platform approach. Participants will join via Zoom where the quiz master will read questions aloud and facilitate the experience. Simultaneously, participants will use Kahoot accessed through the QR code on their mobile devices to view questions, options, and submit answers. This dual-screen approach ensures accessibility while maintaining engagement through both audio-visual and interactive elements.

Quiz Master

The quiz will be conducted by Mr. Athreyan S. who is an avid quizzer and has both participated in and conducted numerous quizzes. Athreyan also happens to be an early member of Aprisio and a vociferous supporter of aging actively with friends & family.

Content Structure

The quiz comprises approximately 50 questions spanning five categories: Music, Movies, Books, Theatre & Pop Culture. Questions will be distributed across these categories to appeal to diverse interests and knowledge areas. Between question segments, interactive interludes will be incorporated for audience participation, maintaining energy and engagement throughout the session.

Participation & Entry

There is no cap on participant numbers, making the event scalable. Entry requires a token fee of ₹100 plus GST. At the start of the session, participants will receive a QR code to access the Kahoot platform on their devices.

Prizes

The top three (3) scoring participants will receive prizes from Aprisio for their performance.

The person scoring the most points would get 2 free tickets to any one Aprisio Experience of their choice on or before the 30th of June 2026.

The person scoring the second most points would get 1 free ticket to any one Aprisio Experience of their choice on or before the 30th of June 2026.

The person scoring the third most points would get an Aprisio goody bag consisting of a canvas bag with an art print with various merchandise inside.

In case of a tie for the 1st, 2nd & 3rd places, the decision of the Quiz Master will be final and binding.

Technical Flow

1. Participants register and pay the entry fee of Rs. 100 plus GST.
2. Join Zoom session at the scheduled time.
3. Receive and scan the QR code to access the Kahoot mobile app.
4. Quiz master reads questions via Zoom.
5. Questions and options displayed on Kahoot interface.
6. Interactive interludes between segments.
7. Real-time scoring tracked through the Kahoot mobile app.
8. Winners announced at conclusion.
