‘SheTales’ is an event IP created by Hilton Bengaluru, Embassy Manyata Business Park to spotlight the women who power ‘Double Up’ - the bar at the property. Every aspect of Double Up's operations is run entirely by a five-woman crew, making it one of the very few - if any - truly all women operated bars in the country.

The second edition of ‘SheTales’ is designed to give the Double Up team the recognition they deserve while simultaneously launching the new menu of ‘Double Up’. Rather than a standard menu launch, ‘SheTales’ turns an evening at the bar into a narrative - one that weaves together craftsmanship, culture, and conversation.

At the heart of this edition is Kiran Sinha, a bartender from Bihar who has channeled her roots into an extraordinary creative endeavour: five original cocktails inspired by the five seasons of India. Kiran has drawn on this seasonal rhythm and on the indigenous vegetables, fruits, herbs, and spices associated with each season to create a collection of cocktails that are as much a culinary journey as they are a bartending achievement.

Each cocktail tells a story: of soil and harvest, of flavour and fragrance, of a region that is rarely represented in the cocktail menus of premium bars. This is Kiran's way of bringing Bihar to the bar - with pride, with craft, and with extraordinary skill.

Act I - Arrival & Welcome

1. Guests arrive at ‘Double Up’, Hilton Embassy Manyata, and are welcomed by the team.

Act II - The ‘SheTales’ Session with Kiran Sinha

1. Kiran personally guides guests through the story behind each of her five cocktails.
2. She shares the inspiration drawn from the five seasons, the regional ingredients sourced, and the philosophy behind each creation.
3. The session is interactive - guests are invited to ask questions, engage with the process, and understand the craft behind what they are about to taste.

Act III - The Tasting

1. Guests are served a curated sample of each of the five cocktails - a flight that takes them through Kiran's seasonal journey.
2. The cocktail flight is paired with carefully selected bar bites and finger foods.

Act IV - The Photo Booth & Menu Unveil

1. The experience culminates at a specially designed photo booth.
2. The Hilton management officially unveils the new ‘Double Up’ menu which features Kiran's five cocktails alongside the full food and bar offering.
3. Guests are among the first in the city to see and interact with the new menu.
