Step into the vibrant flavors and warm stories of Goa with our exclusive Goan Supper evening. This intimate, 4-course menu showcases authentic dishes from the Konkan coast, lovingly prepared by Aprisio member Akarsha Kadam in her cozy home setting.
Every supper tells a story - beginning with the flavour of the land. The menu has been thoughtfully woven together to reflect the local culture — starting with a traditional drink that carries generations of warmth, to the day’s freshest catch from the shores. Each dish is more than a meal; it’s a glimpse into the stories and traditions that make the table special.
About Akarsha
Akarsha Kadam, a Bengaluru-based project manager with deep Goan roots, balances a busy professional life with motherhood. She finds joy in cooking and hosting, especially through traditional Goan recipes that bring back the coastal beauty and warmth of her hometown.
